Procuring a Stand:

• There are a limited amount of stands available.  Mostly there are re-sales that can be selected and procured at the Eagle Canyon Property Brokers sales office, situated at the Clubhouse, Eagle Canyon Golf Estate, Blueberry Avenue, off Christiaan De Wet, Honeydew.
• Once a suitable stand is selected it can be procured on signature of the relevant offer.

After Sales Process:

Guarantees for the balance of your purchase price need to be delivered within the time span indicated on the sale agreement.

Further Information:

• Building must be complete within 24 months from the date of first registation to avoid penalties of R 5 000.00 per month
• Monthly levies are R 1 582.98 per month
• Rates and taxes are determined by the local authority on the stand value.
