I have been part of the Eagle Canyon Property Sales and Rental team for the past 10 years. I have been involved in all facets of the development and building from town planning, re-zoning, proclamation and I have been actively involved with the Developer of Eagle Canyon in their Town House and Sectional Title Planning, architecture, pricing, marketing and sales.
I am still marketing and selling on behalf of the Developer but with the rate at which Eagle Canyon has been developing re-sales are now available and a very buoyant rental market has been established for investors and I currently manage this portfolio. I am situated in the property show centre based in the Eagle Canyon Club House. We have models of the Estate, Golf Course, Town House and Sectional Title Developments available for viewing 6 days a week.
